Working with Wentworth since: January 2016 although I have known some members of the team for many years.

Background and experience: Human resources, talent management and development. Leadership training and career coaching. Successfully implemented and facilitated assessment centres and 360-degree systems to assess and identify managerial potential. Supported more than 800 individuals and managers in their personal and career development.

Facilitation style: Interactive style, with emphasis on learning through reflection, observations, activities and sharing. Passionate about helping individuals grow and develop personally and professionally.

Main areas of expertise: Team leadership and performance; career and personal development coaching; change management; performance management and competency-based interviewing.

Passionate about: Being open and positive. Learning and applying and appreciating the diversity of different people and cultures.

Most enjoyable work project and why: The opportunity to facilitate a change management workshop for a regional leadership team. It was satisfying to observe the leaders experiencing new awareness of their upcoming challenges and working collaboratively to identify solutions to address these challenges.

Qualifications: Masters in Arts (Education & Human Resource Development); Bachelor of Business Administration (Dean’s Distinction List); Diploma in Training and Development Management; Advanced Certificate in Instructional Design; Certificate in Business Coaching and Certified Colour, Image and Etiquette Consultant.
