How long with Wentworth? Joined the WWP team in early 2018 and already enjoying it immensely.

Background: Creative, account management, commercial/operational and talent development & training roles in the advertising and energy industries.

Apart from the present, what job role did you most enjoy and why? I was seconded into Shell by the ad agency I was working with for a period of two years. That was primarily a consulting role, working all over the world, and it’s where I realised that I had a knack for teaching, coaching and facilitation, and that I also loved working cross-culturally.

Facilitation style: High-energy and humorous, peppering workshops with lots of ‘war stories’ and examples of putting learning concepts into practice in the real world. Which his workshop participants always seem to love.

Main areas of expertise: Communication skills, leadership development, personal effectiveness, commercial & negotiation skills

Passionate about: Giving people and teams the tools and confidence they need to perform at their absolute best.

Why are they hanging out with Wentworth? I love working with people who have the same values as I do. And when I first met Richard, we had such obviously similar views of what’s important in life that it felt like we had already worked together for years.

Fave Recent Job: Asia Pacific VP of Operations for one of the world’s largest ad agencies. It was a troubleshooting role, so no day was ever like the previous one, and I was working with fantastic people.
