Background and experience: Previous General Manager of MEC Singapore, a global media agency network company. Led and managed business operations, team performance, internal learning and development, client relationship management, media and communications planning. Spent 4 years as Director of Training at MEC China, responsible for the onboarding, learning and development of over 150 employees.
Facilitation style: Highly interactive style, with emphasis on learning through reflection, observations, play and sharing. Enjoys challenging participants to raise their conscious awareness of what’s happening and what’s possible. The mind is a mighty muscle!
Main areas of expertise: Team leadership and performance, first time managerial and supervisory skills, executive coaching, business communication, personal effectiveness and client relationship management.
Passionate about: Empowering managers and leaders with the right mindset and skillset to create positive change in their teams, the organisation and themselves. Being curious, positive, embracing new discoveries and the kaizen attitude.
Most enjoyable work project and why: The most enjoyable and gratifying moment in any training workshop or coaching session is when participants empower themselves to take the first step towards making a positive change. Often this comes with awareness of what’s holding them back and breaking down their own mindset barriers first.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration, Co-Active qualified coach and Advanced Diploma in Learning Disorder Management and Child Psychology.
